Cat Island Unites to keep it clean, green and pristine!!

The students of the Discovery Club at Old Bight Primary School, Orange Creek Discovery Club and Arthur’s Town High School demonstrated that they are environmental ambassadors and that cleanup time can also be fun time.  On Saturday, October 6, 2018, they did an excellent job collecting plastics, bottles, paper and other discarded rubbish which had accumulated on the beach in New Bight and Arthur’s Town.  This exercise sent a clear message that the students care about the environment and are doing their part to stop littering and wish for everyone to help them maintain a clean and pristine island.  

Principal Olivia King and Acting Principal Willette Rolle thanked Cat Island United for its continued support and sponsorship of the Discovery Club Program which is positively impacting the learning and development of children in Cat Island.
