Cat Island youth lived, learned and enjoyed life with their student buddies at Bell High School in Washington DC. The youth, Missy Major, ArthursTown; Zoe Turner, Orange Creek; Tatianna Major, Bain’s Town; Lucinda Pratt, Rokers; and Rakeem Brown (unable to attend) were the winners of the 2019 Best Business Plan at the Cat island Earth Day
