Washington DC families host Cat Island youth, winners of the 2025 Shark Tank competition!

My Washington exchange trip was truly an unforgettable experience that left a lasting impact on me both academically and personally. Participating in the competition helped me become more well-spoken and significantly improved my public speaking skills, giving me greater confidence when expressing my ideas. The trip also gave me a chance to experience what life is like in an American high school, which was exciting and eye-opening. Beyond the classroom, I was able to build meaningful connections and make lifelong friendships with people from different backgrounds. Overall, the experience encouraged me to continue working hard in my studies so that I can earn more opportunities like this in the future.
